"the young man is a thinker. If my job had been a normal job, I believe he is quick and efficient. This job was not an o tree din as ry job. I do think he we as a lite pricey but I would have had to buy a whole new door,, so you have to weigh your options. "I contacted them first by email (including photos) and received a reply within 30 minutes. I spoke with Eric, their installer, the next morning. They gave me a quote, and we set an install date for two weeks out. The day before the install, I verified with them that I was still on their schedule. Eric texted me that morning letting me know he was on his way. I had a semi circle window about our front door entrance that needed tinting, plus my double wide window in my upstairs office. He did both. He was fast and efficient."

"I purchased this window tint in July, 2016 to mitigate for heat transfer as my home is north facing (southern exposure in the rear of the house where there are many windows). I was assured that the tint would reduce the heat significantly which would, in turn, reduce my energy costs. Unfortunately, the tint did little to nothing to reduce heat from coming through the window. For those who would say the windows are the problem (poor design/product, etc.) I will offer objective proof in the form of a laser/infrared thermometer where readings were nearly 115 degrees in the morning and 130 degrees at noon! Certainly, the heat radiates out from said windows causing temps nearly 5 degrees higher than the rest of the house! That, coupled with a $300 electric bill, have me in negotiations with the company which sold and installed the product. I will update at a later date with the resolution. I paid $2080 for the work. Wish me luck..."
