The work was scheduled as we requested and he and his crew showed up at the scheduled day and time. He estimated two days to complete the work--and the work was completed in those two days. He and his crew were careful in working at the site (private home). They installed an underground drain pipe and catch basins to address stormwater drain issues during major rains. They were careful to ensure that the pipe inclined lower until it daylighted--they used a level to check and verify this. They reinstalled brickwork that they had first removed and did a great job. Adrian was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my several questions before the job and during the two days working on the project."

"Troy assessed my yard drainage situation and came up with an excellent plan to regrade and draw water away from house to edge of property and stopped flooding into my basement. The work was done very quickly, professionally, and effectively. They even took care of resodding and reseeding my yard around the area where they installed the drainage ditch. Also introduced me to Jesus Gaona who rebuilt our deck, shores up my fences and handled general contractor projects needed to restore my home from all the leak damage: drywall, painting, electrical. "I called Waterproofing Inc on a Wednesday and we scheduled an appointment for an estimate for Saturday. Steve promptly came at the scheduled time and we reviewed the situation in my basement.   I told him of my goal to have a finished DRY basement.  He looked at my existing pump and drain. He suggested that I could apply (or have applied) plastic sheeting to the walls to help with the seepage problem. However, he doesn't do that type of work. He also asked me what I thought the problem was with the moisture problem. He suggested that he could extend the current waterproofing system along the entire back wall and gave me a written estimate for that work. The reason that I rated him a B and said I would hire him was because I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis of the root cause of the water problem and his proposed solution to address the issue so that my basement could be dry. I am looking for a one stop shop with a solution driven individual who comes in as a problem solver. I just didn't get that from Steve. He didn't even look (or ask to look) outside the house to see how the water comes off the back of the house where the problem is.  I'm guess if I just wanted someone to drill up the concrete and put a drain in, he would be fine because his price was reasonable for that work. But I'm looking for a holistic solution provider who will address all issues with the most effective and efficient techniques to keep my basement dry.  I just wouldn't hire him for that role."

"Amazing! They sent someone out the day after I called to give me an estimate. Unlike other companies, they listened and proposed a solution that was right for me. They told me I didn’t have to spend a bazillion dollars tearing up my old concrete driveway because it was in decent shape in all but one area (where it met the carport). I’d mentioned that I don’t plan on living here past 10 years, plus houses in this area are typically bought by developers and torn down when sold. Asphalt over concrete doesn’t typically last as long but it was more than enough for me. Removing the concrete would have more than doubled the cost. Best of all, they had a work crew in the area that showed up THE SAME DAY and the job in a few hours as dusk fell. After we discussed solutions, I had him replumb it with a single trap and a built-in drain line cleanout. He did a thoroughly professional job. I'm grateful that Pipe Doctor was so prompt in sending him out; he was there within two hours of my call. "I contacted them via phone and left a message describing the job I wanted done . They phoned me a couple of days later and asked about the size of the tree and the location so they would know
what tools were needed. They said that sometimes they need to use the truck to pull the roots up. I gave them a description of the tree and its location and they quoted me a price of $210 over the phone. I sent them a picture via my iphone of the tree and the road in front of my house. They reviewed the picture and said they could do the job. I really appreciated discussing the job with them on the phone as another company I called did not.They said they could do it the next day in the late morning and I told them to come on out! They arrived at my house around 10 am and they were able to make quick work of the job. They  first cut the tree down with a chain saw and then dug the roots out with a pick axe and did not have to use the truck.They didn't damage any of the surrounding plants in my flower  bed. They also dumped some topsoil I had bought into the hole left by the roots. They took all debris with them and cleaned up my sidewalk afterward. They were very friendly and efficient. They did a great job!
