I am very sensitive to chemical smells, and this appliance was filling the house with a chemical smell. The salesperson had me smell the insides of the machines on the floor until we found one that didn't give off any chemical smell. "Working with Service Master was a great experience! During their first visit, they identified that our dryer had malfunctioned due to an electrical issue unrelated to the dryer. We hired an electrician that confirmed this diagnosis and fixed that issue. We then called Service Master (per their recommendation) to come back and finish the repair. Within a couple of days, Service Master had purchased the dryer part damaged by the electrical problem and replaced it. Totally professional, punctual and overall great to work with."
