"Very professional and honest service call. He provided a very honest rationale on whether to repair or replace our microwave which had failed. I will certainly use this company for future repair work."

"I’m very happy with the service! My dishwasher wasn’t working properly and kept leaving the dishes dirty, but after the repair it is working perfectly again. The service was quick, professional, and everything was explained clearly. I’m very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them."

"I contacted Sterling Appliance when another company (All American Appliance) told me they couldn't order the control board.  Sterling Appliance said they could order the part and we scheduled a time for the repair person to come to my house.  They called me a few days later to let me know the part came in early and so I was able to reschedule the repair for an earlier date.  The repair person was on time and professional.  He inspected the machine and said yes, it needed the new control board.  He then let me know what it would cost for the repair and asked if I wanted him to go ahead.  He installed the new board and everything works great.  He left my laundry room clean and there weren't any new scratches on top on the washer or dryer (see the All American Appliance "D" review I wrote).  When the work was complete, he said that it took less time than expected so the cost was even less than what he quoted originally.  I will call Sterling Appliance in the future.

"From the Front Office to the Service Technician, an overall excellent professional experience. Would recommend to anyone for future appliance repair services."

"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"He and his partner were very efficient. Even though the job was not of any urgency, they came out, diagnosed the problem, and when l got the necessary part, they returned in a timely fashion and now all my burners on my stove work."

"My cooktop had a broken burner. The tech came, replaced it with a new one, tested everything, and showed me before-and-after photos so I could see the work myself. Quick, clean, and reliable service. Highly recommend."

"Bk came out to look at the exhaust fan for the stove, worked on it, found the problem, let me know the cost of labor and the parts. He stayed in communication with me as the parts were being ordered and then when i had a problem with my dryer, as they came to fix they exhaust fan, they also took a look at the dryer. We hired them to fix this and clean it out and now it works better than before. He also gave me tips on how to keep the dishwasher clean/unclogged and the washer. We will definitely keep them in mind if we need help on anything else."

"Sammy Appliance Repair did an excellent job in fixing my whirlpool ultimate II electric dryer. They told me exactly what was was wrong, what they would do, and how much it would cost. They were true to their word. They showed up on time and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with their service and wouldn’t recommend them to my friends."

"Manny was both punctual, professional and knowledgeable in his assessment of my Rental Property kitchen and Laundry Appliances. I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin. He ordered the parts and returned to replace parts as needed in an efficient, prompt and professional manner. I specially appreciate his professionalism as he noted that factory had not sent the correct ice-maker replacement bin for my freezer equipment and immediately re-ordered it. It was replaced today, Monday 29, June, 2020. In the interim, Manny kept me a rest of the status on delivery of the correct replacement part for this equipment . The cost informed below includes the initial $75/Service Call plus $185/Labor."
