"I reached out to Phase II about creating a portico (covered porch) for our home. From day 1 they were responsive, understood what I wanted, and were very familiar with the whole process. I quickly received an architectural design for my HOA submission and they promptly answered any questions that my HOA had. Installation was on schedule and the team was pleasant. Consistent communication throughout everything and in the end we had a wonderfully constructed portico that was finished on time. Will certainly use Phase II for future work, don't hesitate to contact them."

"It was time to replace my roof and I requested several estimates from roofing companies. I selected Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows. It was not the cheapest estimate but the estimate assessment by Mr. Chris Butler, of Marshall Roofing, was the most thorough. Mr. Butler inspected the roof, went into the attic (and found a bathroom vent venting into the attic instead of outside), went into my screened in porch to determine what kind of nails to use so that they would not come through the tongue and groove ceiling and he noticed some old satellite dishes that could be removed. Marshall roofing updated the proposal several times with all of my concerns and additions. This is great customer service! When it came to choosing a shingle color, we struggled to find the right color. Mr. Butler kindly offered to bring out additional shingle samples to us on a Friday afternoon. Again, above and beyond customer service. Mr. Butler also worked with us to find and install an attic fan specifically designed to be quiet when running. The job started promptly on time and was finished in two days. Mr. Butler came out as the job was wrapping up and when the crew finished packing up, on his own, he did a second magnetic sweep around my house to find any nails that may have been missed during the magnetic sweep performed by the crew. Again, great customer service! We are very happy with the workmanship and customer service that we received from Marshall Roofing and would highly recommend their services!!"

There were debris all over my bedding and furniture from the old plastic tarp. If they needed new tarp I would supply them. Who knows what the previous projects had in their homes. I didn't notice till after they left. Yes, you definitely will need to vacuum. Which I expected, but not having to wash all bedding and vacuum furniture. The windows look good, but it's so much cleaning afterwards. So when they say you'll never notice they were there. Was not true at all. One of my bushes in the front were also damaged and trampled on."
