So I don’t mess up the manager’s name I am going to call him D. I was extremely impressed because he stated he would send someone out within 30 minutes to take precise measurements of the glass. Superb communication skills. Jermaine arrived within 20 minutes. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. And definitely skilled in his craft. You can tell he has a passion for what he does. He did not just take measurements of the frame. Jermaine took the frame apart to get the precise dimensions of the replacement glass. I could tell he has a superb work ethic and is a bit of perfectionist. That is a good thing as he takes pride in his work. "DO NOT USE AMERICAN SCREEN & GLASS! They damaged a car that was in our driveway at the time of the service and after weeks of phone calls, emails, and texts they have refused to take any responsibility and do the right thing. The car had not moved for 2 days prior to the incident and we are 100% certain that they caused the damage. I sent them photos and gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they eventually ghosted me. This is not a reputable or honest company. Keep looking."
