"Called Justin the owner at about 10 or 10:30 on Friday Jan 13 and his brother installed a replacement electric baseboard heating unit by 10:30 on Saturday January 14 for only a nominal extra charge for Saturday. Erwin was very thorough. He went through all the requirements of what needed to be done and provided options for us to pick. We wound up putting in a new outlet box for the dishwasher (which he diagnosed as needing replacement). He installed a new whole house surge protector at the circuit breaker panel. He fixed a few of the troublesome outlets. We decided not to install the outlet box in the basement at this time. What was impressive was the time he spent explaining the pros and cons of what needed to be done. I appreciated the explanations. They did an outstanding job for us and not was reasonable for the work that was performed."
