"Bradley came right away and fixed our shower and bathroom faucets. He did a good efficient job and did a professional job meeting our exact needs without trying to upsell us."

"I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I filled in a project quote request online. Within 1 day, Gary the sales rep called us. He came to our the same week and drew out a sketch and quote. The quote was very reasonable. The contractors were more than professional. They cleaned up after themselves, were polite and attention to detail was wonderful. We are VERY happy. We asked for bids from another contractor who did not get back to us for 3 weeks!"

"My wife and I wanted to be able to actually see what an installation would look like, so we wanted a vendor with a showroom we could visit. We went to the BathMax showroom in Quakertown, PA, about half an hour from our home. The woman there -- who turned out to be the co-owner, with her husband -- was friendly but professional. She answered our questions and we were indeed able to see what a finished installation might be. We agreed to have an in-home estimate. The man who showed up to estimate, another family member (this is a family business), was personable and respectful. He examined our bathroom, sat down with us, and gave us a price. There was absolutely no high-pressure sales pitch, which this industry is apparently noted for. The price was in the ballpark we'd anticipated and we agreed to have the work done. A couple weeks later, the co-owner of the company -- the husband of the woman at the showroom -- came to measure our tub and arrange for installation. We made a 50% deposit at that time. A short time later, the woman from the showroom called and set up an appointment for the installation. The installers -- the co-owner and his son-in-law -- showed up promptly and did the work. The job took a little over six hours. They cleaned up well when they were done. We paid the remaining 50% at this time. We are very pleased with the job. It looks great. Everyone from BathMax we worked with was friendly, helpful and entirely professional. We are confident that if any problems develop, the BathMax people will be responsive. All in all, it was a good experience. We are happy with the result. And we unhesitatingly recommend BathMax."

"Technician arrived minutes and performed required work."

"Overall went well. Kenny was great to work with. I relied mainly on email communications. That was fine and easy but sometimes it's best to talk by phone or in person so everyone's on the same page."

"Taran was great. We are glad we found him. He provided us with great options for getting our job done, and did an awesome job. The finished work looks very clean. We will be hiring him again for some other jobs in the future for sure."

"We very much appreciated that Chris listened to what we wanted to have done and why; after listening he sent pictures of options and made suggestions that would help to make the kitchen look really nice.  He sent pictures as the work was being completed to make sure we liked everything as it was being completed.  After the initial work was completed, we added a few more things to the to do list and had the kitchen light fixtures, the range hood, outside light fixtures and replacements of our sun room skylights.  We very much liked the work that was done and are planning/saving for our next project and will be calling Chris again to complete the work.
