"Everything was done according to specs. Ordered parts and did repair in a timely manner. Price charged was reasonable."

"Excellent! Extension is still in progress, but we have been keep up-to-date on every step of the project. Qualified, professional personnel working on the project. Very experienced in all areas for building and remodeling. Always willing to listen and answer your questions to meet your needs. They do not make you feel as though any question is not important or of value to you. We are very fortunate that George J. Saunders, Inc. was able to work with us on our extension."

"Did a great job! Canâ t say enough about these guys and the hard work they put in. We had a basement bathroom installed so they had to cut and dig up the basement floor to install underground pipes and pit for the waste. We love it."

"At this time I cannot complete the rating due to installation not yet completed. The Sales representative was excellent, professional and very helpful. The only problem was that the original request for appointment made through Service Magic never went to the professional."

"Miscommunication between sales and operations delayed this project much longer than it should have been. But the finished product is with the price!"

"After requesting quotes from sundry contractors for a complete siding redo with fiber cement siding and replacing all windows, I picked WG Siding and Roofing Inc. After speaking with Greg the company owner about his competitive bid and what I was hoping to achieve, his very talented crew[s] proceeded with the work in August. Great workmanship. When I had a specific question, concern or suggestion Greg or his crew chief listened and addressed each satisfactory. I was pleased with the solutions they brought to the work on matters I brought up with Greg during our initial talks. I understood the costs of any extra work arising from initial unseen work and they were fair. I have at least one more project for them to do and we'll get to it soon. I would very much recommend Greg and WG Siding & Roofing to all."

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

"The overall experience with AJWDS was excellent with pricing, service, and installation. Would not hesitate to use their services again. The installation crew was efficient and completed the project much quicker that I anticipated knowing the pending weather constraints."

"Very impressed with the detail-oriented nature of the team deployed to build my familyâ s home garage installment. They worked efficiently - staying within the agreed to budget & timeline - and were extremely responsive to all my inquiries throughout the process. Iâ d highly recommend Just Nail It to interested parties, and certainly intend on leveraging their services for future work."

"After being through many contractors and handyman companies over the years, I put my plight on social media. T&G was recommended by several people. I called and was immediately scheduled in for an estimate on a home remodel. After over a dozen estimates T&G came in, at a fraction of what everyone else was offering, with either the same or higher quality of materials. The amount of time and cost of the labor is less. I couldn't believe the difference to other companies. This guy has been doing this for 40+ years and it shows. He tells you if there's a way to save money without compromising quality or style. He comes in with son and another guy or two and they coordinate so well there's no wasted time. The quality of work is impeccable. They clean up daily and left everything "move in ready" when done with each area. Since then, I use them for any general or emergency repair and snow removal. My whole family and extended family, as well as friends and neighbors love them too!"
