"It went well. The young man was here for 75 minutes and fixed two leaks. He was very nice and very good. The charge of $400 for 1 hour and 15 minutes was a bit steep. He didn't use any specialized equipment, just him diving in the pool and checking the leaks with colored liquid."

I had to bring up the subject of a new pump and all I got from Brian were straight answers that I understood and no heavy sales pitch. I will call Bluewater Pools for any problem or question in the future and I have no reason to doubt that Brian wouldn't be as competent and courteous with any customer as he was with me."

Even though we had purchased the system from another company 5 years ago, Ken Gibson at EcoWater had one of his folks here within 48 hours. Dave Parker, EcoWater's Area Manager, took the time to understand exactly what we had been experiencing, did a thorough water quality test, clearly explained the results, did an amazing job of explaining why each issue had developed, exactly what should be done to correct the issue, and gave us written estimates of each option. No high-pressure tactics; analysis and recommendations were based on simplest, least costly, most effective solution.

"This is a footnote to my previous review, which I've been meaning to write and am finally getting around to... Unfortunately, after the job was finished and I posted my review, my pool technician noticed metal staining in the pool, due to screws and metal fly away that had fallen in during the re-screening job. This was because many of the old screws had to be sawed off. In hindsight, if they had covered the pool before working on the screening, this could've been prevented. I have to have my pool acid washed to get rid of these stains which will entail draining the pool. I hope that they will consider taking this precaution in the future. Otherwise, as I said in my last review, they were very good."
