"Really impressed by the "old-school" craftsmanship and attention to detail - templates were perfect - installers were pros - no question about it.  The seams are barely perceptible.   The team that did the installation definitely went above and beyond to make sure all the little items were resolved (how to fasten the downdraft, waterline access for the coffee maker.)   They also worked very "clean" and spent an admirable time cleaning up the worksite when done.    
Everyone showed up on time, and called to confirm when they were on their way.
Only thought for other customers - weekday shopping for the slabs may be smoother than our weekend experience.   The staff was enthusiastic and helpful on the weekend, but not as knowledgable as the professionals that took over the execution of the project for us.   
We highly recommend (and we don't do that often!)  Exceptionally beautiful work.

He custom designed the medicine cabinet in the master bathroom. Had our countertops and vanities set at the height we requested. The only issue I had was some lack of communication to let me know when there were issues getting the one bathroom vanity and letting me know timing of when someone would be coming to do the installations. "This company did a great job with remodeling our existing basement. We hired them to build a 1200 square-foot finished basement with a full bath, entertainment center and a full bar area. The crew was neat, clean and courteous every time we spoke with them or came in contact with them. They had to cut the concrete floor and install underground piping for the bathroom in the bar area and also they installed an underground and ejector pit for the full bathroom that we had installed. We couldn't be happier with the work, skill level and the finished product which is simply amazing. It's our new favorite spot in the home and we now spend most of our time there.
