"Great team, customer friendly, arrived and completed installation of heat pump and air handler. Tech explained how the new thermostat worked . Cleaned up the job site. Best price out of the 5 contractors I had estimate the job."

"The quality of work and attention to detail was far above any company we've used before. Their prices were the best out of all the quotes we received. Also, the owner George took the time to break down everything he was doing for me. It was refreshing to be treated as an equal to my husband. Too often when we work with a company I feel like they only care about speaking to the "man of the house." There wasn't an ounce of that or any other toxic behavior here. I was at ease having them in my house when I was alone with my kids. We have had zero issues with our boiler since the install. The job was completed promptly, but with great care. Everyone showed up when expected. No cases of waiting around for hours (or days) after we were told work would be done. We are so happy with the results that we decided to have Pfluke back in a few months to install a split AC unit for us. I will leave a new or updated review after those services are complete. I don't often leave reviews. However, when it is warranted, I feel the need to both show my appreciation and to spread the knowledge to others who are looking for a trustworthy company. Pfluke is the real deal. If you're looking for a master of his craft who is also reliable, fair, kind, patient, informative and honest...look no further. I'm happy to have found a local family run business to help us. It's been a far better experience than inviting a corporation who only cares about profit margins into our home. I look forward to working with them in the future. I hope this reaches someone in our community who needs guidance while looking for HVAC services."

"The man who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and a really nice guy. When he worked up the estimate it was high so he asked us for a number we would be comfortable with, between himself and his manager they came back with a good number. Not cheap by any means but the equipment and installation comes with a 6 year guarantee, which is hard to find today. Installation was scheduled for 3 days later, also hard to find these days. The installers were there on time with everything they needed to do the job. Every man knew what he needed to do yet there was one man leading the team. They covered all the floors in the areas they were working and wore booties to keep everything clean. Everything was installed straight and level. In the end there was some spackling needed to be done because of a stud in the way where they tried to put a hole. Customer service followed up with an email questionnaire which I filled out with some of my concerns about the installation. They got back to me by phone and apologized for any inconvenience. They are sending me $100 for my time, materials and hassel of having to fix their little bo bo. A great company and I have recommended them to family."

"They were super helpful and provided great pricing on new models of misubishi ductless systems. We matched that with additional solar system. Everything done with high attention to details of requests and has been working superbly. I really recommend Jim and the team in Pennsylvania to get things done professionally."

"Installers were great to work with. Did not get upset with all the questions we asked. When they were done everything looked great. Only company willing to put the central air equipment in the basement. Will recommend them to anyone for air condition / heating. Charlie A. Grantville Pa."

"We got a first grade central A/C installation in 2015 when other contractors wouldn’t even quote because of the limited space in our cape cod. During the second season a component failed and was replaced the next day, no charge. Fast forward to the first hot day in 2023 the unit would not come on. An All Air technician quickly found the problem, a wire apparently chewed by mice. We are looking forward to another summer of quiet efficient cooling."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Effortless process--tech rep visited to measure windows; installation crew came to do the installation. Very easy--very happy with the entire event."
