"This is the largest remodeling project we've ever done, so we didn't know what to expect. From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. "We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"On the agreed to install day the Window Warehouse folks arrived right on time and unloaded the new windows and all their equipment.  It was obvious from the start that these guys knew EXACTLY what they were doing which put our minds at ease immediately.  The owner, Jeff, was also there at the start to make sure everyone was clear on what was needed.  The work was estimated to take 2.5 to 3 days and finished right close to the 2.5 days.
     They used tarps inside to cover floors, removed trim neatly (never scared up a single wall in the process) vacuumed up constantly and removed debris cleanly.  Any furniture was moved as necessary and replaced.  To Pella's credit all windows and the door fit the old rough openings with little or no fuss (at least that's how they made it look), this was a big deal for us since we didn't want the exterior look of the house to be any different than with the old windows.
     The crew all had their areas of primary concern but quickly helped each other out when necessary.  Work progressed smoothly right up through full trim replacement and final cleanup.  The windows are all tight and level and work smoothly.
     We are the original owners of this house and did most of the interior work ourselves when we built it so we understand a little bit of what it takes to do this kind of job.  In the 38 years we've been here this was the BEST contractor experience we've ever had!  We would use Pella/ Window Warehouse again in a heartbeat and would have no problem recommending them to friends.
