"I was able to get the work done the day I called. He was very professional and nice. I had to replace the old water heater. I still have not received the manufacturer's warranty paperwork even though I have requested it twice by email other than that I am pleased with the work. Can you get the manufacturer's warranty for me????"

"Mike installed a new underground gas line for our inground pool heater. He did and amazing job! He was so fast and hardworking but also personable and prefessional. He answered all of my questions in an easy-to-understand way for someone who isn't in the industry. I felt I could trust him and didn't feel I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. "Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."
