Despite the company?s advertised slogan, ?Same day or you do not pay,? service was not provided on the same day in numerous instances. Although the system was under warranty, service was often delayed. Multiple follow-up calls were required before a technician was dispatched. 3. In late summer 2025, the air-conditioning system failed again. During that service visit, the technician discovered that one of the required air filters had never been installed and was missing.
