"This place is a scam- DO NOT TRUST THEM! Just pay the extra and work with a BBB accredited company. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received today. We hired someone to save us time during a large demo project, but wish we just did it ourselves from the beginning to save time and headache. Based on the company's assessment, we were informed that our dryer vent had a significant blockage, so severe that it would require tearing out walls or possibly going through our new roof. We were obviously concerned about the potential cost and disruption. But don't worry, they're a construction company too... a little too convenient However, after the technician left, my husband decided to inspect it himself since we just had it cleaned within a year ago. Within an hr, he was able to clean out a considerable amount of lint, but there was no actual blockage obstructing the vent. In fact, as you can see in the attached photograph, a standard dryer vent cleaning tool could pass straight through the hose from the front to the back. Not to mention, there is plenty of air coming through the vent and none coming back into the home."

"On the morning of Friday, April the 1st (not an April Fool's post by any means) as I was going to my car to go to work, I noticed water pooling under my water heater. Needless to say I was not happy. At work (I am a high school teacher) I called Bill Howe plumbing to see if I could get my water heater replaced that afternoon. Well they were able to fit me in. Since I teach until 2:50 pm, I could not accept the 2-5 window. They were able to create a 3-5 window for me (I live very close to the high school at which I teach). I sent in pictures of my water heater which allowed the tech to bring a new H2O heater with him. My tech was Darryl Fountain. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skilled. I like to watch professionals work and he was happy to explain all he was doing, answer all questions I had, and work efficiently. Darryl is a tech (plumber) I would absolutely recommend to anyone to work on any plumbing issues. I called Bill Howe because of amazing service and work from years ago, and this was in the back of my mind as I called Bill Howe plumbing that Friday morning. If you can, ask for Darryl. You will not be disappointed."

They worked on a bathroom remodel for our neighbors, who were very pleased with their work, so we contacted them to help with our bathroom remodel, as well. "Not the best way to start a Saturday. Water was puddling in my yard near my front porch. I was able to find the leak in my water line after a some digging, but I thought it would be impossible to get someone to come on a Saturday afternoon to repair the line. Called Ideal and was very impressed at how helpful and responsive they were on the phone. Rob was at my house late in the afternoon and quickly fixed the line. Great customer service from everyone and Rob did a really beautiful repair. Everything was done and water was back on in time to still make dinner! Very impressed!"
