"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

He walked us through our refrigerator repair and explained things about it to us that have been a mystery since we bought it. He even gave us some tips for how to make our dishwasher work better!
