"US Clean was the only company to respond to my request. They got in touch with me right away and got me on their schedule right away, too. The owner came out to assess the issues with our shower tile and sink counter. It took my husband me a little while to get back with them about doing the job, but they were very patient with us. The young man who did the work explained everything and worked diligently for several hours until the work was finished. I feel like the job was priced right. When we get ready to do a full restoration in our bathroom, we will call US Clean."

"We hired Cody Tanner to re-tile two fireplaces and our master bath floor. We picked our floor tile and when it arrived, found a lot of surprises. It was the last tile of it's kind from the quarry and there was a lot of variety. Cody came up with a unique design which made great use of the variety and the final product is truly beautiful. He also re-tiled our family room fireplace with the same tiles. He suggested stacked stone tiles for our bedroom fireplace. Both fireplaces were transformed from boring to beautiful. Cody took on our project where others might not have. It required a lot of extra cutting of tiles. He enjoyed the challenge and we are very happy with the outcome. We would confidently hire him again for any future tile work."

"We have a 2 story fireplace wall with windows that we wanted to enhance with stone.  The guys at JMS tile answered the phone and came right over, ( a big reason why they got the job, and their ratings on Angie's list ) and showed us their previous work and gave us a fair bid.  We went to the tile shop and selected our materials (travertine split-face marble) and set up the work appointment. The guys showed up when scheduled, always did what they promised, and were very clean in the process.  It took 5 days but the results were stunning. The thing that impressed me most was how efficient they were with their cuts and materials, which left us with little waste and several hundred dollars worth of tile that I could return to the Tile shop for a refund!   <br /> <br /> I can't be happier with the outcome and would not hesitate to hire JMS again in the future."

"We got several bids for countertops and Granite Tops came in slightly under the rest. The owner seemed very knowledgable and customer-focused. Based on the reviews on Angie's list we decided to go with them. Their showroom was always packed with people and they were frequently very busy which shows they're doing something right. All interactions with them were professional and helpful. We chose our granite slabs, they came and took the template measurements, and we went to their shop to approve the layout. My kitchen contractor was on site on the day they came to do the install. We have a large island that was too big for one slab, so they had to make a seam which my wife was very worried about. They lined the flow of the two pieces of granite up extremely well and the seam was incredibly well concealed. Nobody that has seen our kitchen even notices it. They were very professional and finished in less than three hours. After they had gone, our contractor was very impressed with both the quality and speed of their work. My aunt also hired them to do her kitchen and she was satisfied as well. I would definitely hire them again in the future. <br />"

"Staff was pleasant and overall tile selection was fair for my area (Lee's Summit). We were seeking basic stone patterns that were not tremendously unique or high-end. Weber was the right destination. We required a lot of stone tile for a large bathroom, so the overall price seemed fair. As mentioned before, the staff was pleasant. However, we had to chase them down a bit. Returning phone is not their strength and it took a while to receive a quote for materials only (despite requesting a materials only quote from the start). Also, our representative could answer straightforward questions, but was not "artistically" talented. I would not rely heavily on Weber for design/style recommendations. Net: If you know what you want, it's within the beaten path of tile selections and you are fairly patient.... Weber is a satisfactory option."

"I was impressed by Mr. Aldrich's knowledge and professionalism and discussed with him the possibility of hiring him for a major bathroom remodel in the future if things went well. I waited a week to get the bid and when it couldn't be emailed I waited to receive it in the mail. This bid was the second of two bids for the same project. The first bid was for the same work and was $3350. I was stunned when I saw the bid was for $9,769.43. Neither bid included tile which I was to purchase separately. I called Mr. Aldrich to discuss the bid thinking it might be in error. Initially I was told the project would take about five days which would be about $2000 a day for labor with materials which were largely limited to the cement board underlayment. When we spoke the project was now going to take two weeks to complete. This is for removing half a dozen shelves and removing and laying 154 SF of flooring. Almost $10,000 seems a bit much for the flooring for a closet. Its hard to imagine how this project could keep someone busy for two weeks. Needless to say I didn't hire Aldrich Construction. I don't like getting nuisance bids. I much prefer the integrity of a company that tells me that the project is too small and not suitable for the type of work they perform. I am disappointed because I was impressed with Mr. Aldrich's knowledge and would have liked to have worked with him on the complete bathroom remodel."

They put down protective material from the entryway into the bathroom to prevent any potential accidental damage & cleaned up thoroughly each day prior to leaving. The bathrooms look great."
