Unfortunately, the lamp post connection had a short in it, and the company was extremely responsive in working up an estimate and completing the work, which involved replacing a buried line that had been nicked in multiple places by a trimmer. The work was done well, professionally by courteous people, and I absolutely would not hesitate to call them for their expertise in future. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
