"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"They were great! Always willing to work around our schedule and once the correct part showed up he was in and out in less than 15mins! Would definitely hire again or recommend to anyone else looking for their stove to be repaired!"

"Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he determined the source of our problem. John explained what the part was that needed to be replaced and the expense. He ordered it from our home before he left and said he would be back to install it on Tuesday between 12 and 2 PM. John was extremely punctual, polite and efficient. We are pleased to know that we now have an appliance repairman we can call upon and trust.

"Our technician was so excellent. He gave us an economical solution for our A/C's and went above and beyond to fix a repair when they had worked on it before and it didn't work."

"We had an excellent experience with the ProTech Appliance Repair Team! They efficiently and professionally repaired our refrigerator. We highly recommend this company to anyone with appliance needs. A five-star service!"

"On time went for the lowest cost to repair the dryer explained what he did and what could happen and the cost if the repair did not work."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Excellent service.  They came highly recommended and I can see why.  Proficient in a variety of trades, so one call is likely to do it all.  I would highly recommend.
