We are happy with the results and will have Brian back to remodel our back deck and front entryway. It was also nice to see that his team did a meticulous cleanup job during the demolition and that we did not have to worry about our kids stepping on old nails or screws."

"James Carroll at BPA(Berkshire Property Alliance) showed up on time for our initial appointment. It was a difficult job with an old dock that had shifted due to ice pressure. The under supports had collapsed so the whole staircase and dock were catawumpus. James studied the situation for almost an hour and came up with an ingenious solution that did not require rebuilding the whole structure. He also designed it to reuse what was salvageable, saving material costs, and put in 4 foot concrete supports so it can't shift again. With his very hectic schedule, he managed to work our repair in - even worked until dark one afternoon and on a Sunday. We are very pleased with his work, his work ethic and professionalism. Would highly recommend! Wish we had found him years ago!"
