"Adequate sweep for rates charged. I can respect the game of upselling additional services/upgrades, but I questioned the necessity ($1K for replacing all the wood stove chimney pipes). At the end of it all, I hired another contractor for a second opinion- who addressed piping issues for minimal cost (basically the price of a sweep)."

"I would highly recommend Jorge Dias for hardwood floor refinishing. I was contacted immediately by Jorge and the next day he came to provide a quote. Within 3 weeks I had my floors completed. I was extremely happy with the price and quality of their workmanship."

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"It went very well! He knew what to do when a problem arose (insulation in the window channels where the weights go). We had to re-negotiate the price for the extra work he had to do, but it all went well and was accomplished within the time he said. Looks great! House is from 1920's with original windows. The wood was in good shape but glass was very fine and broken in places. 6 exterior window openings"

"The team was great! Do to the fact it was a hectic period in my life, I  needed most of the communication to be done over e-mail which they did. The quality of work exceeded my expectations. The unit is on the 10th floor
and build staff made a point to tell me how respectful the team was to them and to others in the building. This group made what could have been a stressful experience, an experience where I did not have to think about the details of prepping the unit for sale.

"LSI is one stop shop, they have provided us competitive pricing for pretty much any job you need for home renovation and done an excellent job on execution (so far we've done wallpaper removal, floor installation, carpeting and are about to do custom cabinetry installation). On top of that their customer service is superb, they treat you like family and really take care of you and communicate with you on every step of the process. I will never have to call another service again and have no desire to. If you have a busy full life and need handyman or home renovation work done and want to hand it to people you can trust to execute and deliver, LSI is the company to call."

"With the arrival of spring I decided it was time to replace/upgrade my windows. Not only were they terribly inefficient but even my untrained eye noticed several areas of wood rot around my sills. I was extremely pleased with the roofing work I had Sturdy take care of last January so I didn't hesitate to call them again. They carefully examined the ten windows and questionable sills in my presence and showed me where exterior and some interior rot had taken hold. Replacing the windows without removing/replacing the rotting sills would have been a complete waste of money. They completed the work by the end of May and I now look forward to many, many years of energy savings. Their work was done on time at the price agreed upon and I was especially impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned up after completing the job. This is the second time I've had Sturdy do work for me and I feel confident that I'll call them again if needed."
