"Everything about working with the company was great, from the initial visit with Jay who really worked with us to help us figure out what we really wanted to Vince and his crew. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards . I was extremely impressed by the fact that they were building a wall on our patio, had enough block to finish but did not like the quality of what they had left, he waited till the next day so he could get better and finished the job. Our new patio looks great!!"

"Not good in the beginning. However, we they turned on their vacuum it blew dirt and dust from previous jobs into us into our living. room causing quite a mess . They did apologize it offered us a discount on future jobs. When I called them back to service other areas in the house or have someone to call that they would handle the job that we need it done however it is November and I've not heard back from them since.

He was honest and up front with the cost, and took the time to explain the various options with me, without becoming impatient as I decided on the print and color. "Upon calling Dario for an estimate, he was very prompt when coming to our home at the scheduled time for an estimate. They were very competitive among the 3 estimates we collected for the job. We were instantly appreciative of Dario's knowledgeable but non overbearing, nonopinionated nature. Of the 3 bidders, he was the most willing to listen to what WE wanted and not push us toward his specialty or personal preference. We wanted a hand troweled swirl finish on our patio and walkway with the intent to follow with an acid stain and sealer to finish. We found many contractors would no longer consider hand troweling due to being so labor intensive and would rather push us toward stamping. They were more than willing...they even suggested. They were willing to add a 6" border to our patio to add decor as well. They are obviously skilled at their craft. They did have to schedule our project a day later than originally scheduled, but actually got to our project a week earlier than initially predicted...so no harm done. They worked hard and dedicatedly until finished...and the hand troweling looked exhausting! They worked around rainy conditions and we appreciated them not wanting to chance any rain damage. They prepped/framed everything in one day and poured everything in one day. They then came back a few day after curing to cut the joints and wash. They originally thought it would take 2 days to pour, but worked from dawn until dusk to pour all in one day since we had to wait a bit longer for the pour due to wet weather. We have been very happy with the finished product, and it has now been 6 weeks. Overall, they were professional, skilled, hard working individuals. We found them to be very reasonably priced, as well. We would hire them again and recommend to others. Thank you for the fine work!

"A-1 Roofing & Siding did a fine job on my roof. There was concern that the plywood base was spongy but it turned out that it only needed a new sheet or two. While up there, they noticed that the chimney needed some minor repair that they were able to take care of. There was a crew below to clean up as the roofers dropped the old shingles, etc. A new ice/water barrier was installed and new flashing around the chimney. 50 year shingle warranty and 10 year labor warranty was included. There was concern that the dumpster would damage my new concrete driveway (3 mos. old), but there was no damage from that. All in all, the job only took about 2 days to finish. I would definitely hire them again for this kind of job."

"I was very happy with my experience with Rock Solid Exteriors. First I met Levi when he came out (in the rain) to look at my roof and provided a great estimate. Next I spoke with Tammie in the office to get the process moving forward. My project got scheduled quickly and within a week I was meeting the Brian, Luke and the rest of the team at my home. The roofing team did a great job of protecting my patio and landscape. Each time I came outside to see what work was going on, Brian answered any questions I had. Once they were done they cleaned up and as I walked the yard with them and each time I asked a question or pointed something out they patiently answered all questions. When I asked if they could take "one more pass" with the magnet for nails they said no problem and did another sweep. Finally, today I met Jeff when he and Luke came back to walk the property and answer any additional questions I had. I would recommend Rock Solid Exteriors to anyone in need of work on their home."
