"Lee arrived on time, worked quickly and left no mess at all.  I was not aware the damper did not fully open: he fixed it so the damper would open fully and close, and added a new access chain at no extra charge. He completed the work in about one hour or less.  I expected to wait to get the appointment, but he was able to do it the next day at a time convenient for me, on a Saturday no less. 
I feel the price was right and am relieved to finally have a chimney cap that will keep rain and animals out as well as a clean and functional damper.   When you see how dirty a chimney sweep can get while on the job, the value of this service to a homeowner is more apparent!
