He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

He has actually helped me with a few appliances and it has been perfect each time. He repaired my refrigerator compressor, my other refrigerator that had a massive water leak and freezing issue, and most recently, a Whirlpool Double oven that had some daunting issues. He has so much experience that he knew exactly what to do in minutes. He was able to troubleshoot and repair each one beyond my expectations and even saved me several thousand dollars by making recommendations regarding one of my other refrigerators. I could have paid him a ton of money to make a repair, but he advised that I shoukd replace the unit as opposed to spending so much money on the repair. He easily could have taken that the other direction and would not have known any better.. I am saying that he is super straightforward and honest, which is hard to find in the service industry. As a result, I 100% and 1,000 times over recommend The Appliance Guy!! I promise...I am not family LOLOL!!!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
