That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"

They laid down flooring, added lights, got rid of a slew of cables, and created a ladder opening. In addition he came back to install a Murphy bed in my guest room.
