"My wife had visualized her dream kitchen for years. Fine design came in and answered all her questions and delivered the kitchen that made her dreams come true. What impressed us in addition to the quality of the work was the consideration for the cleanliness of our home. I was so impressed that after the kitchen was done I had Fine Design come in to redo the rest of my home. From all the bathrooms to all the bedrooms and even the laundry room. My wife and I are delighted we contracted with Fine Design and are sure you would be too."

"Renovation of 2 floors, bedrooms, baby proofing"

"I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future."

"When our Bathroom toilet pipe eroded leaking water into the room below severely damaging the ceiling, fixtures and furniture, we knew of only company to call. Dave and JBL. After an extremely successful basement renovation a few years ago, he and his team were the only people we wanted to tackle the work. Always professional, punctual and respectful of our home and our family, JBL breaks the all too common trope of the shady unreliable contractor. Dave and his team repaired the plumbing, redid the walls and ceiling, tiled the floors, electrical and painted all the while keeping us constantly informed and updated to their progress and any unforeseen issues. With JBL, I didn’t have to once worry about the job not being done and/or not being done right and as working parents of a toddler, that is a gift. Dave and his team are always welcome in our home and the only ones I call when we need work done."

"I’m Very happy with my newly renovated rooms done by Greg and his crew, Master bedroom with an en-suite and a 2nd bedroom, both with walk-in closets , The whole crew were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the whole job. I know that Reno jobs always have the unexpected and hidden problems. But Greg and Greg’s crew never overreacted. They always may me feel relaxed and that it was “No Problem”. “Construction without stress, who would of thought that possible!” I give them a 10"

"From start to finish everything was easy. Bob walked us through a plan to completely renovate our kitchen, living room, bedrooms, basement and bathroom. Nothing had been updated since 1975 and now everything is brand new. They worked fast and efficient. Will be bringing them back in the spring for more updates on the outside of the house. Nice to have someone give you their word and then follow through even better than we imagined."

This is the 2nd major project I contracted Art DeRosa & Co for.  The 1st being 4 years ago a major living room/family room renovation which was hugely successful.  That 1st experience led me to award Art (after several other competitive quotes) this 2nd and far larger & more complex project.

Overall it went well but this was a complicated project encompassing all the typical trades and expertise of building a new luxury house but far more complicated because it was a renovation performed while we were living in the home. Dust partition walls with wood framing had to be erected in several locations in the house which included temporary doors for entering and egress in certain areas of the remaining living areas of the house in order to protect the remaining house from dust and demolition , as well as, provide privacy for us during construction.

Experience, Experience, Experience and Professionalism, Professionalism, Professionalism are the hallmarks of Art DeRosa and company.  He is a seasoned performer and pretty much seen it all.  Art has such a vast amount of home construction experience in both hi-end and medium end homes that he can draw upon a wealth of knowledge in all construction disciplines to implement a fine finished result.  As a former tool and die maker his penchant for hi-precision finish work yields highest quality appearances to things like moldings; trim; windows; doors; floors; etc. etc.

This complex renovation project lasted 7 months which was within the initial time estimate given at the beginning and Art DeRosa and team were here every single day, day in and day out,  bright and early during that time frame. He did not start any other projects and stayed on the job day-in and day-out even when other sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians were on the job site excluding his people from doing any other work. Art DeRosa and team were here every single day until final signoff.

I would not hesitate to recommend Art DeRosa & Co for any planned New House and/or House Renovation of any kind.

"Robert did a phenomenal job on all aspects of the projects. He was especially knowledgeable in regards to the different options we might have along with costs, as well as bang for your buck. His work is flawless and long lasting. If at any point you had a question or were unsure about how something was coming out (which is common with any remodel) he has a way of assuring you, and is open to reworking things until they are to your standard. His experience also makes him a terrific sounding board to discuss ideas and possibilities before endeavoring to begin a project that may have implications that you havent considered. He is not the most expensive contractor you will find, but he offers the best value of any that we have worked with in the past. He renovated a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, stairs, and a patio door, which included siding."

"Extended dinning room Remodeling kitchen Remodeled 3 bathrooms, floors, windows, roofing and house siding were done very well. Everything was finished on time, and the communication was thorough throughout the entire job. The price was very reasonable and all workers were very professional. A very great experience with excellent results. Would only consider for any other project and would highly recommend to anyone else that is considering."
