"It was a pleasure working with Dominick and his team. Dominick and his team were always punctual and put in full days of work. Initially I thought about patching a few large ceiling holes but Dominick offered a great solution to replace the old damaged plaster ceiling in the two basement rooms. Afterward I had his team also place thin Sheetrock over existing plaster walls. His cost was very reasonable and the finished job is beautiful - so much better than I anticipated. They did a good job of minimizing the dust and carted away all debris. What began as a ceiling patch became a basement remodel. I highly recommend Handy Dominick and his crew of skilled laborers."

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. "Arthur gave us a fair and competitive estimate and was able to start work quickly thereafter. He and his team did an excellent job gutting and totally remodeling two bathrooms and a closet as well as redoing some of the wood flooring, moving vents, and moving hallways. Arthur himself was at the home everyday and did the important work himself. He also went the extra mile in helping us with small projects around the major project as they came up. He was extremely responsive in provided us with timely updates. When complications occurred (due to the house having not been renovated in 40 years) he was clear and helpful in keeping the project on schedule.
