This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. In total, the egress took 6 hours from start to finish. Site was left clean and this customer was elated. Thank you Rob, Lou, Carlos, and the four crew members!"
