"I can't say enough about the incredible job that Mr. Norkus and his crew did with replacing my gutters, repairing the fascia board, and capping all the exterior wood trim. It looks incredible!! Mr. Norkus was thorough and professional from the initial estimate to the final inspection of the work that he and his crew performed. He explained every step of the process, He was patient with me and responsive to my questions. He made recommendations that I hadn't thought of and explained both the pros and cons of one aspect of the work that I had requested. I can't thank him enough for the job that he did. Finally, when I received the final bill it was less than the original estimate. Mr. Norkus explained to me that the original estimate included the cost of replacement of 100' of fascia board, but that he only needed to replace 70' of fascia. Thorough, professional, and honest. I have already recommended him to a friend."

He was informative,not pushy,no long presentation required,but all the necessary info was supplied.The insurance process took time.Although insurance only covered the front,due to age we decided on total replacement.Brendan was extremely helpful, supplying detailed lists of the items necessary.
