"I hired Superior to replace out existing shingled roof, from the very first call into the company to the completion of the job was nothing short of fantastic. The first initial consult with Justin was great, he handled our project with such great communication and keeping us informed and updated on the schedule. He came out the day before the install when the materials were delivered to make sure it was all onsite and ready for the guys the next day, he then came back the next morning to get the guys all set up and going on the project and also touch base with my wife and I. He also then came back at the end of the day to make sure everything had been completed and cleaned up. The cleanliness of the workers and their preparation of the site is unmatched, they tarped every area outside to minimize debris and went around and the end of the day and picked up any and all loose nails and debris that might not of made it into the dumpster. They also took the time to blow off all the surfaces when they were complete. They really value your home as if it was their own and that really shows in their work and project management. The new roof looks amazing and we are super happy with the whole process and their team. Highly recommend them for any project you are looking to have completed at your home."

"I had siding replaced as existing was old and tattered. I had 5 total estimates. I made my choice based upon price and gut feelings. I made the right choice! Coverall was not the cheapest but the less expensive did not seem to trust worthy. The quotes were less and don?t know how it?s possible given Coverall was in the ball park of some others. I had a great experience upfront during the sales process. Everything was explained upfront and made clear what work was to be preformed. The materials are quality as promised. The work took a few days but wow 100% satisfied and the workmanship is excellent. The supervisor follow up daily with me directly as well as the office support. I never felt abandoned or worried. Very respectful of me and my property. The use of the dumpster was a bonus! Got rid of a ton of stuff that needed to get trashed. I recommend 100% and I an HARD to please. Oh yeah I had gutters done too! They are great . My front door is weird and would hit the old ones. No more"

Also, they performed replacing 6-inch aluminum trim and the water damaged backer boarding and again the work was skilled and performed to the exact specifications that their sales representee described during their sales meeting! Reluctantly, I paid, hoping to get through the season without further issues. Unfortunately, the leak persisted. Despite multiple visits from the crew, they only performed minimal work, often blaming debris or other factors to avoid addressing the underlying problem. Fast forward two years, and the roof is still leaking significantly. Matt's behavior has been nothing short of deceitful. I recently spoke with his service representative, Billie, whose favorite word is apparently "unfortunately". They refuse to stand by the shoddy and exorbitantly priced work. Overall, my experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing, and I would strongly advise against choosing Phase 4 for roofing needs. I also captured photos of their subpar work, including poorly installed shingles behind the broken siding. The best word to describe this situation is "fraudulent." Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."
