"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. A significant bonus to this project is knowing that we have lifetime warranty on the shower, even transferable to a subsequent home owner. We can also schedule routine inspections which I plan to do starting next year. We truly appreciate ImproveIt and their superb customer service and follow-up post installation."

"I do not currently have any photos, but I did hire this company to come out and fix my bathtub drain. The price was very reasonable and the job was done completely. My drain is now fully clear of any clogs and it’s draining faster that it ever has, the mess from the clog was also cleaned up by the plumber and I had no cleanup afterwards, which I was very impressed with and grateful for. Thank you again for being there in a timely manner and doing a great job! I will continue to use this companies services if I need them in the future. I knew I was right. "Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."
