The price was right compared to other estimates. They offer a variety of materials including vinyl, wood, and James Hardie siding. I forgot to include an item when getting the original estimate and they came out the next day and installed the trim right away. Would definitely use again!"

"Zach called me scheduled an appointment he was very knowledgeable about what I needed explained everything he was going to do went out of his way to find a matching shingle which was not very easy since my roof is over 20yrs old and they do not make those exact shingles anymore he was very fast and efficient getting my job done he also checked my roof for any further damage and did do a couple spot repairs for me so I would highly recommend Zach and his company Superior Home Improvement for any repairs or even complete roof replacements he was a pleasure to work with ."

"The employee assigned to our job was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only problem we had was that quite a few nails were left on the ground and they were supposed to use a magnet to pick them up at the end of the job. Honestly, Iâ m not sure if it was the roofers or the crew replacing the gutters who left them. Other than that we are very pleased."

"We replaced vinyl siding on the entire house. We hand wind damage and Kyle helped us every step through the insurance process. He was able to point out issues that I didn't know we had. He was very helpful. The siding crew was absolutely amazing!! There was no hesitation when they arrived. They made very quick work of tearing down and replacement. "The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."
