"Called Superior Insulation's phone number yesterday morning and left message. Rick called back at 5 PM. Told him what I need done. We discussed approximate price for job. I wanted him to meet at my house to see the attic to finalize a price. Rick and Jim met me this morning, looked at the attic and gave me a price. I agreed on their proposal and he did the project right away. Two hours later I had an attic with an R49 value again. The home is 17 years old and the insulation had shrank to about 4-6". I was well please with their knowledge and professionalism that Rick and Jim used on the installation and the answers to my questions that I asked of them. Everything was cleaned up and a hand shake after the job and now I can keep the heat and cool in my house instead of it going through the roof.

"Agreed upon services were competitively priced and completed in a timely fashion. However, the Blue Ribbon Exteriors installation team should be very careful with existing home features that they come into contact with. Many of the original flashing, gutters, and trim features of the home were damaged when the project was completed. Also, scaffolding that was installed at the rear of the home was not properly stabilized and supported which collapsed (in wind) and damaged an existing composite deck. Although, the roof looked good when it was done and there has not been any leaking issues or shingle loss in the past year. The "Would you hire again" question should have a "Maybe" option which I surely would select after this experience."
