"Sergey Cook was very professional from the day he showed up with his installation team. He walked me through the process making sure I understood the process , had any questions, and kept me up to date on the installation as it moved forward. He made this a stress free process for me. The team that installed vinyl siding and gutters were very good at checking in with us with any questions or concerns ."

"The crew came to the house and modified their way of working to accommodate the tight work space. They were friendly and went above what they had to do by saving my flowers out of my flower bed before they began digging out the space. They answered my questions and explained how things were going. The company owner often checked in by phone and in person to communicate with me regarding the job."

"The Amish crew of six was on the roof at 7AM and their excellent work was done by 4. The last time this five-unit apartment got a roof was 30 years ago and I did it so I know what it takes. There were two minor glitches.: The credit card debit was for $250 more than the invoice and they forgot to install the spouting leaf deflectors. Both issues were resolved."

"The company demonstrated true professionalism. The replacement was completed in a timely manner, and the finished product looked great. It only took one day to remove the old shingles, replace areas of bad wood, and install the new shingles. I was amazed at the work ethic of the entire team. Most importantly the clean up was perfect. I couldn’t find a single nail or any pieces of shingles. I would definitely use Planet Roof again, and have recommended them to my friends and family."

"I was surprised because it was during some of the worst winter weather but they were able to measure and install in a very short period of time. The material was cut to fit on site and was the color and quality I ordered. They did an excelletn job"

"Fantastic service from start to finish! John was always willing to answer questions no matter how many I asked. I came from a bad situation and had to have a 12yr old roof replaced...NOT from these guys...so I asked every question I could think of. Aaron, his brothers and the crew did an amazing job, from removal to clean up everything went better than imagined! My roof is beautiful, well all 3...main and 2 patios. Even Nicole in the office was always friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Champion Roofing! I can be a tough customer, I don't settle until I'm satisfied, my expextations were HIGH for this project. Sales, service, install, everything was honestly #1, these folks take pride in their work!! Thank you Champion Roofing...next up, siding!"

"They were here on time . The young man who replaced my porch roof was really good . It didn’t seem like it took him any time at all to complete the job . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof ,"

"We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"The job was great, my roof was leaking and I had them come in and fix the problem. No more leaks in my kitchen ceiling. My roof looks amazing. Gracias"
