"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"We used Tony and crew in 2013 - he is a neighbor down the street and to know Tony and his wonderful family is to know you will be well taken care of. Tony answered any questions we had ahead of time promptly, We had some scheduling issues but only due to weather, and he was great at keeping us in the loop. I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. We took advantage of an Angie's List special to have our lawn aerated and overseeded. The company did a good job for us after they dealt with some equipment problems. We are pleased with the services. Our only concern was not always being informed of equipment problems, and when to expect them to arrive to do the work. We were told they would give us a call to let us know when they would start the project, but that did not happen. The first day their equipment failed and they left without informing us of the problem or when they would return. On the second attempt, another equipment breakdown occurred, but this time they informed us and told us when they would return.

Overall, we are pleased with the project.
