"I had an emergency repair of a couple of water leaks from the main line of my house. Lonnie came right to assess repairs, left & came back within the hour to do the repairs. It's been over a month now & the repairs are holding up nicely. This is not the first plumbing/drainage job this company has done for me. They are professional, punctual, trustworthy, do not price gouge & do not take forever to complete the job. Quality work! Yes, I will hire them again. Thanks Lonnie!"

"Mr. Morgan showed up and used tools to narrow where the leak was. As a first time home owner, and first time having plumbing issues. He took the time to explain the processes to fix the leak, and answer all my questions. He showed up on time to complete the project."

"He did a good job, was very nice but $295.00 for one hour of work was too much. He said the faucet cost $50.00??? So $245.00 still seemed like a gouge."

"Called Salomon, he responded right away and was at my residence within 3 hours. Knew what the issue was and how to repair, very respectful with mask and letting us know when he was shutting the water off and what steps he was taking. Even hit a snag with an additional broken pipe connection he discovered, but fixed that as well. Guaranteed work and he even offered to repair it again for no cost should his handiwork come undone. Definitely saving his contact info for any future projects or fiascos!"

"

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Alex Sandoval was a pleasure to work with and did a terrific job tiling and replacing our tub, shower, commode, bathroom flooring, the bathroom light fixture and an additional light fixture in our kitchen, all at a very competitive price. Over a period of 5 days the demolition, prep, installation and finishing of the work we needed to have done were completed and the finished job looks great! Alex and his crew were polite and performed the job phases promptly, tidying up at the end of each day's work. My husband and I highly recommend Alex Sandoval Tile!"

"We've hired Joe 3 times already. In the kitchen, he had to dis-connect the refrigerator in order to put down our new tile. When he re-connected it, he fixed the connection to the water line. Suddenly, the water dispenser was filling our glasses quickly. We didn't know it wasn't working as well as it should have! A's on all categories. We highly recommend and would hire again without looking for anyone else."

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Everything went great!! Edgar’s work is exceptional and he is very professional. We love our new floors."

"Excellent experience overall, and tremendous result. Always get the feeling Bob and Tony wanted to make sure the job was done right from start to finish, including proactively improving the areas you can't see, and that the final product was built to last. Felt like they were working on their own homes. Professional and quality group all around. As always, a few unforeseeable things pop up once the walls/floors are ripped out but were resolved quickly and efficiently due to Tony's know-how. A few hiccups coordinating the plumbing work and only suggestion I would recommend is improving the work details between third parties and your crew, or perhaps presenting the option to have your team (Jheri - also excellent) coordinate third party customer needs such as plumbers. Overall I look forward to using Bob and Tony again for future projects and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family for remodeling work. Thanks for doing a terrific job on the most outdated spot in our home...it looks absolutely outstanding."
