We are a full service irrigation company. We offer repair services, residential and commercial installations, as well as drainage systems. We provide an industry leading three-year warranty on materials and labor for all of our residential installations. Therefore, we use only the very best products and equipment. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not enlist high-pressures sales tactics in order to sell you an irrigation or lighting system. We simply provide you with our best price up front and on a timely basis. We do not require meeting with you in order to give you a bid. However, we will be glad to meet you at your request. Referral lists are also available upon request. Collin County Sprinkler is a member in good standing with Better Business Bureau, and licensed to install irrigation systems in the State of Texas by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
"Do not do business with this company. I had to spend a ton of money fixing the wrong sprinkler head they installed. Reports from neighbors were I was flooding them. They are arrogant and can not tell 1.5 gpm from 3, 4 or 5. They try to argue with you when it is obvious they do not know what they are doing. The owner blocked me for telling his mother to get xxxxx. Well you know when you run an incestuous business, you all agree to be a bad business ????"

Minus three stars for charging me $680 for one hour of labor and maybe $50 in material. $125 service call, $25 valve marked up to $340, another $200 for one hour labor (they were there one hour total). Shame on me for being in between meetings and letting them screw me over. I won’t make that mistake again."

I contacted Akraba fully aware of their minimum but had a number of tasks and wanted to have the work done by professionals rather than trying to DIY it. This included replacing a window that would not open, replacing an interior double door with one that would lock, repairing the cosmetic damage around a skylight, and replacing a ceiling fan. Louie and Ily reached out immediately, listed to our concerns, requests, and HOA requirements and were able to not only provide a quote for the needed work but also quoted out replacing our fence at a more than reasonable price. While we did have some minor issues with the workers they sent (primarily regarding scheduling), Louie was very reassuring throughout the process and personally came to review and address each concern. Now that the work is complete both we and the HOA are happy with the work they did would recommend them to anyone that needs large projects done."
