"Yes, I had an unknown leak in my yard and they found the leak and repaired. I wish they would have taken photos before putting dirt back in the ground. My suggestion would be to take photos with repairs and provide itemized bill. I was quoted hourly rate but at the end of the repair they charged me the rate and then added on supply cost. I was given a price of $165 the day before and then $180 per hour on the next day. I decided to move forward with the repair but did not like the price changes. Total cost came to about $1000 for all the repairs and sprinkler system tune up. Time will tell if they repaired. Overall very professinal but on the expensive side. "

"<p>After I had called for an appointment, I was called the day prior as  a reminder.  Carlos came out and gave an estimate.  I had used Complete several times before and he already had in his IPAD what trees I had on my property and when I had had prior work done.  He gave me an estimate and said he had a crew in the area that could come that afternoon.  He said a supervisor, Mario, would be on site for the entire job.  Mario arrived with 2 other workers.  They began working on the trees and cleared the live oaks of dead branches and all sprouts allowing just a canopy to remain.  The red oak required roping because the branches were very large and hung out over the roof of the house.  Despite the size, they had the correct equipment and worked together so no logs hit the roof or the house..  They spent 4 hours getting all the work done.  Afterwards they blew off the roof and chopped all the logs and branches in their machine, blowing off the lawn as well.  Afterwards the trees and yard looked very good.  All the men were professional, polite and efficient.  I have them back because they do great work and we are very happy.  They exceed our expectations!!!!!</p> <br />"
