"In late Sept 2021, I contacted this company to check my sewer lines because it would not pass a hydrostatic test. In the process of checking the lines, the representative from Tioga discovered that the "new" plumbing under my house had been installed incorrectly and was causing backflow into my house. The "new" plumbing was installed in 2019. With the information given to me by the HONEST PLUMBER and COMPETENT PLUMBER sent by Tioga, I would not have been able to have these issues corrected by the first company. Although I didn't hire them this time, I will definitely call them when I build my new home."

We had asked about help on a pool drain, but the tech said once he was here that they did not do that sort of work. So on to the toilets. He looked at both toilets and quoted a price per toilet of over $300 each. I mentioned that a famous home appliance store would install for $129 each, after which he offered to do both for $350. I figured go ahead and get it done. No complaints about the work, but I feel they need to be a bit more competitive and up front on pricing. For future projects will be using neighbors recommendations vs. Home Advisor, it seems to be a trend that pros recommended by the service tend to the high price of the scale, which is annoying."
