"I got central air installed in my 100+ year old house that I was convinced could never actually have central air. Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). Great communication including after the fact to help us get rebates and warranties set up. 100% recommend."

"The service technician was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He got the furnace serviced and in running order with no mess or fuss. I would absolutely hire Genove Oil & Air Co again."

"Danny, from HL Bowman, quickly understood the scope of the installation and used his expertise to make the installation seamless. As a result, the filtration system he installed is now operating perfectly to remove particulates greater the 5 microns from our well water. I would highly recommend HL Bowman for your plumbing needs. "

"We sought proposals to install a central heat pump system to provide heating and cooling, and to make our oil-fired furnace only serve as back-up heat. TCM’s proposal was by far the best — responsive to what we needed, economical, and thorough in addressing some of our quirky conditions. The installation happened quickly and smoothly. It was well coordinated even though there were 5 different people with roles on the job. The team was cordial, careful, and addressed our concerns all the way through the job. And the office team was great too with communication and paperwork. They know their way around the financing and rebates too. Highly recommend!"

"Pete did an excellent job on our annual clean and check up for our mini-split ductless system."

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Went out of their way to insure faucet installation after initial install proved defective. Associate went extra mile and drove approximately 25 miles away to get another faucet and made successful installation."

"Great experience with Milltown. Their sales manager Jason came out twice to meet with me personally and tailor a proposal to my needs. I had some non-HVAC ancillary work needed (ice maker line) and they were happy to incorporate this. On the day of install, Derek and the onsite team were friendly, professional, and responsive to all of my questions. Price was competitive with two other bids I had solicited. I would highly recommend working with Milltown and would work with them personally again without hesitation."

"The install team of Mynor and Steve were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained the operation of the new unit well and left the place cleaner than they found it."

"Rodenhieser identified the problem with my central A/C and fixed it, while another contractor I previously had take a look at it failed to do so."
