Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Estenio and Sara began collaborating in 2018, developing properties for APD's sister company, Cambridge Prime, and started American Precision in 2021.
