"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. "The Kinsellabuilt team is outstanding - they managed through a full gut remodel of our ~1,925 sqft home in a little over 5 months from when we got our initial quote. They have a great eye for design as well, which we found really helpful - they would ask us for input on decisions where we had personal preferences and took care of the small decisions where we didn't have preferences in ways that made a lot of sense. This was our first remodel and they were really great about giving us advice and steering us away from decisions that might be costly or not work well. They are highly responsive and quick to resolve issues. We were also really impressed by their accuracy on the cost estimate. They charged us exactly what they said they would, and anything that added cost was discussed, agreed to beforehand, and documented on the invoices. Even with the cost increases, almost all of which was due to us increasing scope, we came in within 5% of the original estimate. Would highly recommend!"

"All in all  the project went very well. We had never done a project of this size so we were apprehensive. We were pleasantly surprised.  For starters we worked with Jane to design the project and she had some good ideas we would not have come up with. The design work was minimal--not the same as working with an architect-but it was  appropriate for the scale of  the project and we were very happy with the ultimate design, after a little tweaking back and forth. The pricing for the design aspects of the project are very reasonable cost-wise. <br /> Most of our direct contact was with Mike the Project Manager, who was great. They use an online project management software which keeps all documents,schedules and prices available and updated. Mike was very quick to return calls or emails. When problems or issues arose, as they always do with a project like this, he was easy to work with and obviously interested in resolving things.  We had no major issues really, just the usual minor things that need to be resolved.  Dwayne the main carpenter was great, a nice guy who did good work.  <br /> Overall, Pegasus is a professional operation and they want to make the customer happy. We did rate quality a B rather than an A--meaning things were not perfect. However, we are very happy with the results and have a beautiful, open kitchen/living area that was created at a reasonable cost while largely on schedule. We would definitely use them again for an appropriate project. <br />"

"I truly cannot express how AMAZING Carlos and his crew is and wish that I’d met him two years ago. We were at the tail end of a major renovation that we’d started with another contractor and it was full of all the horror stores that you’d expect; people not showing up, shoddy work, constant delays and more. We’d spoken with a bunch of other builders and had similar results; we were at our wits end and truly wished we’d never started this project that we’d long dreamed of doing. After reading Carlos’ reviews, I called him, resigned to the fact that this would be another frustrating dead-end and explained the status of our project; he came out the next day and sent two crews of carpenters the day after that. In four days, Carlos did what our previous contractor hadn’t been able to do in fourteen months! He fixed a ton of poorly done work (including a set of winding oak stairs- no small feat!) and finished our project in ways we could not have imagined a week ago. Literally every day, my wife and I would say to ourselves, “is this really happening?!” Our house looks amazing, the craftsmanship is incredible and we couldn’t be happier. All of his carpenters are excellent to work with, communicate their ideas clearly, and are extremely clean. They offered ideas as to best use the space without adding to the budget and even fixed things I hadn’t noticed were installed wrong by the previous contractor. They showed up on time, did their jobs well and I truly cannot thank them enough. Thank you Marceil, Marcellino and everyone else at Alcantara! I will literally never hire anyone but Carlos for any building needs and have already referred him to three friends that are looking to do projects ranging from building decks to large interior renovations. Carlos, you’re a lifesaver!"

"Humberto is the best! He and his crew are reliable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. They always clean up afterwards and are careful not to get paint chips (from power washing) or paint drips in the soil of my garden. I've hired him twice to paint the outside of my half of a duplex. My neighbor in the other half went in with me this time. A third neighbor who saw the work decided to have their freestanding house painted as well. A beautiful job all around. Humberto is also honest and forthright about the costs and doesn't go over."

"We highly recommend Real Painting. They were professional, thorough, and hard working (often staring at 7:30 am and continuing until 6 or 7pm). Their prep work was outstanding: power washing, scraping, sanding, patching and priming. They were very neat and respectful of our property by protecting our plants and cleaning up the debris at the end of each day. Carlos, the owner, was superb at communicating the plan and was often on site checking in. The price was excellent given the quality of work.
