"Chris Z converted a loft area in our detached garage that was once used to store mostly junk into a new bedroom and living area that is accessible from the main house via a walkway he built from the house deck to an exterior door added for the loft space. Chris was always on time and courteous. He actually completed the project before he said it would be done. The project included framing a new wall, drywall, new electrical outlets and lighting, flooring, new interior/exterior doors, trim work and painting. I will definitely use his services again."

I sent some pictures to Ron and then he came by the house to review their condition and then gave me a proposal to do the work. He wound up disassembling one chair for parts and rebuilt the other three. He took it upon himself at no additional charge to power wash the three chairs (when repaired) and oil and refinish the chairs so they literally looked like new. He returned the lounge chairs when promised, gave me his professional opinion about some repairs to other teak furniture on our patio and is in the process of rebuilding one other bench. Also gave recommendation on how to prolong the life of other wooden furniture on the patio. Very professional and helpful. <br />"

"Chris came out in the middle of a big ice storm and broke ice off my roof to identify the leak, did what he could do to repair it and came back later to replace the flashing and wood rot. He also replaced a skylight with glass as opposed to the dome that was there, improving the light into the house. Chris was very easy and knowledgeable to work with and priced well.
