My kitchen faucet that was leaking had a parts guarantee, so Phillip told me what to ask for when I called MOEN for replacement parts. He told me to contact him after MOEN delivered the kitchen faucet parts to me. Once I did that, he was able to schedule my work in a very timely manner. When he began working on the kitchen faucet, he determined MOEN had not sent a necessary part, so he telephone them on the spot and ordered this additional part. After I received this additional part, he stopped by my house a and finished the repair (at no additional charge). <br> <br>In my dealings with Phillip, he was always very professional and made suggestions which would enable me to get these items done in an economical way. Instead of getting me to spend money, he tried to save me money. <br> <br>He was very organized and did not forget anything on my list. He works very efficiently and had things done before I knew it. He had all the parts and tools necessary to complete the tasks. <br> <br>My home is 50 years old and I need some cedar siding repaired on one side of the house. He told me he did not do that type of repair, but gave me the name of a person who might be able to help me. He even took a picture of the area in question and said he would email it to that person. I have not yet called that man, but intend to do so. I would definitely call Handyman Barrett for future jobs."

"<p>We had some high winds/tornado that had shingles off of my roof laying all around in my front and back yard.  After a few days of rain I saw leaking in my garage and signs of leaking in the bedroom that's connected to the garage and in the same area where the leaking was in the garage.  I called Chris because he had done some work for me before and I was very please with him and the outcome of that job.  He came out the same day I called him and did a walk around the house.  He took pictures of the roof and showed me what damage I had and how much it was going to cost me.  Chris and his son Mike arrived a little before 9:00AM this morning, 12/7/15.  They were done by early afternoon about 2:00PM.  They did some extra things for me too.  I really appreciated that.  I had a hole in my roof that some critters had eaten in it and I wasn't even aware of that and my garage door was cracking in one of the corners.  He repaired all of that for me.  My roof looks brand new.  They also cleaned my gutter and downspouts and installed gutter guards.  I have some siding and paint work that needs to be done and Chris and Mike are definitely going to be the ones to handle that for me.  These guys are great.  They are reasonable and very dependable.  Excellent customer service.  I would recommend them to anyone anytime.  Thank you Chris and Mike.</p>"

"His prices were reasonable.  He did some plumbing repairs and installed a vinyl floor in the bathroom.  He also did some electrical work, and some repair work on our wood deck.  The interior work he did was really good, but we had some differences of opinion on the exterior work. I would recommend him for the interior work."

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
