"After cleaning the carpets and applying protection, two streaks were left in the carpet in the formal living room. After contacting the company, they tried to remove the streaks with further cleaning. When that did not work, I was assured the company would contact me for further resolution. The company failed to contact me, so I re-contacted them. After I contacted them several times, they represented they would follow up to resolve the problem, but failed to do so. The company has stopped contacting me, and appears to have no interest in correcting the problem."
