"Mr. Eduardo is a professional, pleasant to talk with, knowledgeable & efficient. When Mr. Eduardo came to my home to give me an estimate for installing a new roof, he explained everything to me & showed me the shingles I could choose. He & his team started working early Monday morning 8/10/26 & was finished between 5:45 to 6:00 pm. They did excellent work, my roof looks very good & they cleaned up the area. I would recommend Mr. Eduardo to anyone for any project because he & his team did an exceptional job. His price was good also. Thank you Mr. Eduardo for a job well done. Mary W. Blair 08/10/2026"

"Repaired. We appreciate that MBG did not try and sell us a new roof. They are very professional. The roof is repaired. What more could you ask for. We will hire them again when needed."

"Capital Palmetto Builders was professional and best-in-class from beginning to end. Darryl provided expert consultation on roof type, timing, materials, everything. The estimate was spot on, including replacement of worn and rotted boards under the shingles. The crew began work almost immediately. They provided a detailed explanation of what to expect and what to move prior to the job to ensure no plants or outdoor assets were damaged during tearoff. I work from home, so I truly appreciate the speed with which they worked, with minimal noise from the crew. It was so respectful in every way of my work situation. The first day they worked from early to late, putting up with 98 degree heat to get as much done as possible. They finished everything, including meticulous cleanup, in less than a day and a half. Darryl handled the business side with professional courtesy and personal affability. I would make Capital Palmetto my first call for any roofing job, and highly recommend them for price, quality and service."

"Micheal shoots straight from the hip. I had 3 shingles that had come loose from my two story house. He arrived on time to assess the job (note: this was 6:30 Monday evening). Michael quoted a very fair price (half of what 2 other companies had quoted). Since I had replacement shingles he was ready to repair the roof immediately, which he did. He was fast, courteous, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Resilient Roof Repairs."

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"messaged on 7/20 and a woman from their office called back quickly. I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."

"Removed and replaced roof shingles. Excellent workmanship, communication and customer service. Left the area clean, even cleaned out the gutters, all at a very competitive price. Second roof they have performed for me and both times highly satisfied. Highly recommended"

"Great work! We were very happy with the Anthony John crew, especially Frank the foreman. They knew their stuff and got the whole roof done in a day. I was very impressed with their expertise and agility on this 10/12 pitch roof. They worked from ropes and didn't need toeboards and that was a good selling point for me. In short, they did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said they could do it. I do not hesitate to recommend this company."

"I have nothing but praise for Cap City Roofing. Excellent work, Excellent customer service. Everything went smoothly and the end result is a beautiful new roof that is far better than the one I got when I moved into my home. Rob was wonderful to work with. He's trustworthy and goes above and beyond for his clients. There are so many contractors out there overcharging unsuspecting homeowners and then doing shoddy work. You don't have to worry about that with Rob and Cap City Roofing. I couldn't be happier. I know I hired the right company and got a great new roof for a very fair price."

"This team did an excellent job repairing and painting the double front doors to my home. They were prompt, efficient and highly skilled. Their work saved me a lot of money."
