"Everything about our experience with Capital Palmetto Builders and Darryl was great. Darryl made it all easy. He was with us when we made the initial call to the insurance company to explain what he found when he did his inspection for wind and hail damage with his drone. He did most of the talking and sent all the pictures to them. Darryl talked with the adjuster again, took more photos, and sent them when the adjuster requested them. The adjuster was so happy with what he received that he didn't even come to the house for an inspection. They agreed to pay for the whole replacement except for the deductible which saved us quite a lot of out-of-pocket money. As soon as we got the approval from the insurance company, he came over to help us choose the shingles and explained the process in detail. He got our house on the schedule, and the work was completed in a little over 1 day. If the work had been done in the summer with more daylight hours, they would have finished in 1 day. I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."
