Unfortunately, the bats created other opening and I have all Jim near 5 times, one text requesting a follow up. We were promised a one year guarantee and to call if we ever have issues but I think we got had. The lack of retuning my calls and messages has left a very negative feeling and sadly think we have to contact another company to take over service."
