"Arrived the next day and fixed roof and inspected for any additional damage"

"Best choice roofing in Jackson, TN are some of the most professional and honest people that I have met in a long time. TRAVIS DIAL made this process as simple and stress free as possible. He actually took All the stress away from this roofing process from start to finish. The workers were fast, very thorough, and made sure that everything was done by the best standards. I would definitely recommend them to ANYONE that is looking for roof repair."

"Job went well the only thing was that the guy that came out with contract basically had me fill out the contract and then I asked him what day they would be out and he said Monday or Tuesday and I said when y’all know for sure let me know that way I can have things moved and dog put up. Well Monday they showed up without letting me know. Other than those 2 things I am happy with the job done. Thank you Addison for staying on top of things when y’all had to go pick up shingles because supplier couldn’t deliver them. Thanks for the hard work"

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"I highly recommend JMS Restoration if you are considering a roof replacement. They removed my asphalt shingles and replaced with metal. They provided me with all of the information and options I needed to make well informed decisions throughout the process. Their customer service is unbeatable! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They also installed gutter guards with which I am very happy."

"waiting for an answer if being replaced or not"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
