"After putting our project on Home Advisor, we got a call from Tyler from Insulation 360 a few hours later, and got an estimate scheduled for the next day. At the estimate, since they had a flexible working schedule, we found out they could complete our insulation work that same day. Since it was 13 degrees on the day we did this, the insulation was much needed and the speediness was much appreciated. "Working with Paul and his team was a good experience from start to finish. They know blown insulation in and out and are very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They did a great job. My only caveat is that they are not particularly familiar with fiberglass insulation installation. Instead of attaching it inside of the rafters, it was attached to the outside, making it difficult to wall over the top of. Other than that tiny frustration- they were extremely fair and honest in their time and work. Great guys!"

"There was a slight difference between the original agent and the work crew regarding where the holes would be drilled into the siding surrounding the Bay Window Out Crop.  However the Forman of the work crew explained why the difference of procedure existed and we were satisfied with his explanation.  They cleaned up any debris they left and took great care to not disturb any of the flowers my wife had planted in the area surrounding the Bay Window.   I might note that before they came out, we put a thermometer in the cupboards adjacent to the North wall and recorded the temperatures at different intervals of the day.  After the Insulation had been installed we repeated the recording of temperatures and we had a noticeable difference in the indoor temperature. It was much more pleasant to eat in the dinning area during the winter evenings and not have to wear a sweater or light jacket to keep warm while partaking of the evening meal."
