"I hired James Jim and to install laminate flooring in a kitchen, dining room and foyer. I was very apprehensive about hiring someone to do the job after being a victim of unscrupulous contractors in the past. From the first encounter, I could see that Jim was not one of those. If he said he would call at a certain time, he would call, if he said he would be on the job at a certain time, he was there. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the installation due to the age of the home but he explained what needed to be done and found the solution to make everything work out. My new floor is beautiful. He was meticulous in his work and even went the extra mile to level my old stove. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. Jim is a man of integrity and conscience and I trust will trust him with all my future home improvement projects. He was a blessing."

"Mark Seifert, the owner, called me as soon as my request for estimates was posted. We met the next day and he clearly explained everything to me so I hired him. The project (luxury vinyl planks over sheet vinyl) started faster than he originally said. Jeff and Sean were excellent professional installers. "Julio did an excellent job with my home. He didn’t only provide a competitive price for his work, he also found alternative ways to save me money during the work, without compromising quality, something very difficult to find from contractors. Later, we ran into a little issue with our floor which was not his fault but it was related to his job, however, he came back quick to fix it, and did a good job with it. I waited on writing this review until I felt the job out for over a month and can say with certainty that no curves were cut. Quality and price were perfect! I’ll be calling Julio back to do more jobs in the future."

"I chose not to go with Decker Service Professionals after seeking bids from 2 other contractors. Their pricing was comperable and the estimator was very good to work with but what I didn't appreciate it took 6 days to provide a quote (other companies provided a quote same day or within 24 hours). Quote was not written and instead it was verbal over the phone and due to different areas of work I was asked to the math on the phone. Lastly the final price was not "set", it instead was "around xxx amount" due to some discount I was offered. Decker was aware we were under a very strict timeline and in the time it took them to get me a "quote", I already had a slightly lower bid and start date that they could not meet in the first place."

"I had Tyler update my two bathrooms. The first one was updating the tile surround, adding a niche, installing tub shower doors, installing an exhaust fan in the ceiling, and updating the flooring. Tyler is so easy to work with--he kept me updated along the way, asked questions to make sure he understood what I was wanting, and is just a great person to work with! The results are amazing and i highly recommend him for any remodeling/updating you might need. I also had him update my second bath, though it was not quite as extensive as the first--had him update the tile surround, install tub shower doors, replace the existing exhaust fan with a new one, and replace some light fixtures. I don't have a before photo of the second bath, so you will just have to trust that the after is soooo much better. To sum up... Tyler is great at what he does--it is his art--and he takes great pride in doing good work. Highly recommend!"
